We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a roast date stamp to ensure peak flavor upon arrival.

Where does HumbleBean source its coffee from?

We partner directly with ethical farms and cooperatives in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. All our beans are 100% Arabica and sourced through Fair Trade practices.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.00 on all orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite roast and save 15% on every order. Choose your delivery frequency from every week to every month through our 'Subscribe & Save' program.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
